속성값은 문서의 최종 수정일을 나타내는 문자열이다.
문자열의 형식은 "MM/DD/YY hh:mm:ss"이다.

이 속성은 읽기전용이며 디폴트값은 없다.

설명

항상은 아니지만 자원 문서의 서버에서 최종수정 일자를 얻어 문서 HTTP 헤더 정보에 포함시킨다.
이 문서의 최종 수정일은 <SCRIPT>document.write(document.lastModified)</SCRIPT>로 얻을 수 있다.

헤더 정보에 이 정보를 포함하고 있지 않은 문서에서는 값 0을 반환한다.
